1.工作排程再  系統管理工具-->工作排程器

2.C:\Program Files (x86)\InfoLight\EEP2008\CW_Internal\efWarningECR執行 efWarningECR.sln
3.Service Reference 按右鍵 更新服務參考，打入你所輸入的程式碼
   EX: efWEcrService.runECRWarningbyeco("test");
4.建置方案
5.大功告成
